Forewarned is…

I am sharing a dear friend’s post this week for a couple of reasons: I know you’ll find her post valuable in your own dealings with sleazy service/salespeople. And, if you have friends in the San Antonio area, I hope you will pass it along to them. This behavior isn’t acceptable toward any woman at any age. And, I am still mulling over what I want to write. So much to talk about after Snowmageddon down here in Texas!

I’m sure you’ll remember Brenda Ray Coffee and her blog… I used to contribute to 1010ParkPlace. Brenda has taken time off from it, with occasional exceptions, because she is currently working on what I am sure will be one hell of a memoir! Please enjoy her post, the link is below.
I will see you with my own post next week.

Wow! This makes me mad and pains my heart. My dad was an auto dealer and went out of his way to be kind to people and to never be anything like this. Wow. People can be such _ssholes!! Hoping Honda hears about this as they could lose their dealership. Hoping you are doing well! P.

it is an awful way to treat a client. I am sure Ralph isn’t going to hear the end of this. You can be sure Honda will hear about this, too – as you can see, Brenda isn’t a wallflower! LOL.
I am hanging in there, thank you, Patti. I look forward to an in-person visit one day soon. XO

Hi Donna,I’m not sure that I have posted before but have been a reader of your blog for awhile now and always enjoy your posts. I hope that you are feeling better. Also, I love your description of our Texas storm as “Snowmageddon”. Here in San Antonio, it really seemed as though we were in a disaster of epic proportions and the calvary was not coming to save us! I still wake up in the middle of the night and check that the hallway lamp is on so that I know we have light and heat!

I posted a comment on Brenda’s blog to thank her and to let her know that her post is having an impact. Not only was she subjected to extremely bad service, but to creepy, threatening behavior as well. Unbelievable! We had a bad experience with Northside Ford several years ago and never went back there again. After reading Brenda’s post, I wouldn’t feel comfortable going to any auto related business here with Northside in the title, nor do I want any of my family or friends to go anywhere near them!
Thank you so much for your post.

    • I am sorry I didn’t see this until just today! I have been having challenges with my WordPress site, and this fell through the cracks. Thank you very much for reading, and especially for taking the time to write and say “Hello.” XO Donna
